Frankly, the four rapists should be tortured slowly involving some repeated kicking in the nuts, before being shot.
Obviously after a trial.
But if your going to make a highlight the prospect of Obama ending the war on civil liberties, we ain't ever going to be let exterminate such vermin.
We can't have it both ways. Personally, I'd give up a little civil liberty to be sure these scumbags were no longer in existence.

What they did (if they are found guilty) is absolutely horrendous, and they should be tried and sentenced for such.
