Like many people, I'm convinced I'm going to die in a plane crash. Most of my dreams involve plane crashes. But I'm not scared of flying, because I've kind of accepted my fate, and anyway, I have concocted an amazingly simple escape plan should I ever be involved in a crash.

ANYWAY, I always thought those safety demonstrations were totally lying to you when they showed a plane calmly landing on water. You'd presume the whole fecking thing would just break into a million pieces if it hit water, but no! It's true! J

ust look at this US Airways craft that hit the Hudson! And those escape boaty things really work! Amazing. I feel a little safer now.
