That is true!!!
It looks like she is being interviewed by the camera. Like a magic talking scientolocamera.
AND while it appears as editing, she actually keeps moving at a speed faster than our eyes can see.
In conclusion, katie cruisie= some sort of time and space controlling scientology alien seamonster.
