Yo! We’re back this Thursday with The Dagger Lees and Richie McCormack from Phantom stepping in as guest DJs. We’ll have the usual mix of awesome tunes, free cakes, and two-for-one cocktails until 11pm, with €4 beer, cider, vodka & dash and other promotions after. It’s free from 7pm to 11pm and a fiver after.
As the almighty Jape is playing in the Button Factory this Thursday (along side Goodtime John who will be DJing @ SoundCheck this Hallowe’en), anyone who rocks up to SoundCheck after 11pm from the gig with their ticket stub will get in for just €3.

nope, as far as I know. I think that was an order that already happened. It was shut for a few days a couple of weeks ago while they did some refurbishment in Wax.

Looking down from the smoking area last Thursday I half expected to see 1,000 prohibition orders nailed to the door.

I have to say the last two times I was there, the toilets were emanating a large pong.
I hope that's gone!
Ah the toilets in Spy are fine, and that bar itself. But Wax is a completely different story, absolutely manky.
