the anti-energy drink

Saw this on Perez, via the Village Voice.

Drank 'slows your roll' - chill out in a can.

Think I'll stick to Red Bull. Haven't tried that Red Bull cola yet. Is it rank?
My favourite non-alcoholic drink (which I'm actually drinking RIGHT NOW) is a cup of ice with a strong americano poured on top, no milk. It's a real iced coffee. All those other ones that are sold in cafes are just so full of blended powder shite, milk, sugar and other nasty things. This is the best. Yumsies.
*Red Bull cola update*
Randomly, Red Bull soldiers were handing out free cans of the cola on Baggot Street right now. Have taken my first sip - it does taste like Soda Stream cola, v. COLA flavour, like jelly cola bottles or something. Tastes loaded with sugar too. Not bad, though.

The Red Bull Cola tastes something like Soda Stream Cola.

That said, it's not too bad, it's got a bit of a citrusy tang too it, and has a lot more natural ingredients than the average cola.

Also good coffee concoctions:

One cup of espresso
One small glass of ice with half a measure of Baileys
Pour espresso into glass
Yumsies

When my mate Burco was living in Barcelona, she introduced me to a few variations on this.

Actually, speaking of Barcelona drinks, the best drink in the world is Leche de Pantera, which I gorged on in a small bar there a couple of years ago, and became addicted to it. This bar served it in a carafe with a tin of cinnamon.

I never really knew what was in it apart from rum and milk and other stuff, but I'm now informed it's gin, milk or condensed milk, brandy (or rum) all blended together with ground cinnamon on top. I think there are a few different ways of making it, some with cointreau added, others without. Anyway, it's amazing and gives you a kind of strange floaty head feeling that's also quite clear, like plum sake or something.

I'm thirsty now.

I freaking love the new Red Bull Cola. Surprisingly so as I don't really like Red Bull. I have enough bad habits though so I must stay away.

Do want to try the americano with ice, sounds yum!
