Just got this message from reception queen Felicity, pretty much sums it all up:
"An elderly woman just called wondering why the Eastenders omnibus wasn't on on Sunday. She was looking to speak to you. She was more than a little bit irate; apparently her friends and she were 'terribly upset' that they missed their programme. I have spent the last four or five minutes explaining that the BBC's broadcasting schedule is not within my/our control. If she calls back, I'm putting her through to you."
