here, what do you think of ash's new song anyway? it annoys me how they have gone back to their old sound because i thought meltdown was a step in the right direction for them
Ciaran, I really don't think they've gone back to their old sound at all... I think ASH try and make each album quite diverse.
Trailer - grungey 1977 - Indie pop Nu-clear sounds - kinda low fi in places Free All Angels - pop Meltdown - metal/pop Twilight Of The Innocents - from what I've heard live, it's going to be very different!
ash lost it a while ago, and fair play to charlotte for getting out there and doing her thing, cos its great.
Back to the point, the line-up is interesting, still doesnt effect me though, the ucd ball is a non-runner this year, but it wouldnt have been great anyway.
Also i never realised it was una that did that thing on phantom.
UnaRocks does not UPLOAD music. All music links provided are ones that already exist online, or mp3s from band and record label websites. If you are in a band / band management and wish me to remove any of these links, I will, of course, oblige. UnaRocks believes that music sharing actively enriches our musical climate. Music sharing is as old as music itself. People who download music buy more records, go to more gigs, and buy more music merchandise than those who do not. The recent phenomonan of online music sharing has been credited to the ongoing resurgance in the live music scene across our world, and the increasing successes of 'indie' or 'underground' bands. In turn, if you are in a band / band management and wish me to post a link to a song for the pleasure of the readers of UnaRocks, please do not hesitate to contact me by commenting on this blog. Peace.

I think their new song is lame to be honest. It's just boring and old.

Wait for the new album...
Anyone know what the story is with the klaxons? They were announced originally but aren't in the new official lineup. Have they been cancelled?
dunno anon, hadn't heard anything about them playing
Hot Chip DJ's: hmm. are they any good for a DJ set? I'd be inclined to guess yes, but I haven't heard reports....
dunno. They played Crawdaddy the other night though...
