The Choice Music Prize determines the best Irish album of 2005.
The shortlist is
Bell X1 "Flock" (Island)
Cane 141 "Moonpool" (Exceptional)
The Chalets "Check-In" (Setanta)
Joe Chester "A Murder of Crows" (Barp)
Duke Special "Adventures In Gramophone" (Hag)
Julie Feeney "13 Songs" (Self-released)
Hal "Hal" (Rough Trade)
Nick Kelly "Running Dog" (Self Possessed)
Emmett Tinley "Attic Faith" (Independent Records)
Turn "Turn" (Setanta)
The winners will be announced at Vicar St on the 28th February. All bands will play on the night (apart from The Chalets who are currently touring with Kaiser Chiefs), and tickets cost €25 to head down.
Who do YOU want to win? Personally, I'd like to see The Chalets or HAL get it.

Either the Chalets or Julie Feeney.
